I founded Breadwinner Energy® in 2021 after 5 years of full time entrepreneurship.
I grew up poor. Trailer. Mom worked three jobs. Dad died by suicide when I was 13. SA 2x as child...& I started my first biz at 23 years old, 7 months pregnant, $100 to my name, & wrecked credit. Just 2 years later I was a single mom leaving an abusive relationship.
My entire life was survival.
I didn't know there was another way.
I built my business from that place. Made money from that place. Led from that place.
& then one day I realized I had just transferred my survival into my business.
After 8 years in online service, coaching, mentorship & healing I realized the way this industry was built isn't about service at all.
It's about money. Greed. Colonizer principles.
So I burned it down.
& rebuilt from my Indigenous roots.
Today I don't just lead from what is true for me. I teach other women to do the same.
& NOw its your turn.
My story
Before colonization my Indigenous ancestors didn't measure wealth in money.
They measured it in the health of the people. The land. The children. The stories.
Abundance was not individual. It was communal. It was a living relationship with the earth, with each other, with the generations not yet born.
Wealth was something you tended. Not something you hoarded.
It circulated. It fed people. It was sacred because it was connected to everything that created & sustained life.
& then it was taken.
Sovereignty is not just financial freedom.
It is the restoration of your relationship with abundance on your terms. Rooted in your lineage. Built in right relationship with your community & the earth.
This is what we are building back.
& yes. Money matters in this economy.
