Your LLC does not protect your brand name. Anyone can steal it. To actually protect your work you need a federal trademark and that takes years and thousands of dollars to build and defend. We've already done that. When you license BWE® you operate under our trademark. Protected. Legal. Done.

Tay Nocktonick is a Native American Bloodline Breadwinner, mother of two, and the Founder of Breadwinner Energy® a global institution built from nothing.

Absolutely not. This is a professional licensing model.
MLM: You recruit people to recruit people. Your income depends on building a downline. You are pushed to sell products you do not believe in. The company makes money off your recruiting.
BWE® Licensing: You are certified to provide services under an established brand. You generate your own clients through your own marketing. You keep 100% of your revenue. You do not recruit other people to become licensed. There is no downline, no recruitment pressure, no selling products. You are a licensed professional using a trademarked brand to build your business. That is it.
Do I get clients handed to me?
While we can't guarantee clients being "handed to you". BWE® brand gives you credibility and a directory listing, but you are responsible for generating your own leads and clients. You build your audience. You generate leads. You convert sales. We give you the tools, training, collab opportunties, showcase opportunties on our platforms, and mentorship on how to do that.
Do I have to be a coach?
No. Licensed leaders can be coaches, mentors, facilitators, photographers, event hosts, consultants, healers, or any other service provider who aligns with the BWE® mission. You just have to be helping women become breadwinners in some way.
Can I make my own offers or do I have to teach your curriculum?
You can create your own offers as long as they align with the BWE® mission. You have access to optional curriculum if you want to teach it, but you are not required to. As long as you are upholding the mission, you have creative freedom.
Why do I have to pay an Annual Licensing Fee?
The $3,333 annual fee keeps your license active, keeps you listed in the public directory, and keeps you in the Alumni Mastermind with ongoing mentorship, guest experts, and collaboration opportunities.
It also ensures we are maintaining a directory of quality leaders who are actually using the license and upholding the mission.This is an active, living ecosystem of women building together.
As long as you pay your annual fee, you have the room. The directory. The collaborations. The JV partnerships. The hiring opportunities. The mentorship. The Mastermind included.
If you choose not to renew, you lose access to the brand, the directory, and the community. No hard feelings. But you cannot build under Breadwinner Energy® without an active license.
Can my license be revoked?
Yes. If you violate the mission, ethics, or brand standards, we can revoke your license and remove you from the directory. You will be required to remove all branding immediately.
Why is there a Certification?
Certification is a 4 month process to obtain your license. Before we let anyone use the name/brand/IP & join a room where we co-sign your name, brand, and offers we must make sure you are equipt to do that.
This is NOT:
- A “starter” program
- A hand-holding coaching container
- A franchise where we tell you what to do
- A template you blindly follow
- A magic pill that builds your business for you
